Eklipse Consulting is a multidisciplinary consultancy helping organisations secure resources, strengthen delivery, develop their people and navigate change. We bring together funding, commercial, finance, project and organisational development expertise to provide support that is both strategic and grounded in day-to-day reality.
We work across the voluntary, private and public sectors, with particular depth in charities, social enterprises, start-ups and SMEs. Experience behind the offer
The Eklipse Consulting team consists of finance, management and project professionals with more than 20 years of experience across NHS, charity, community interest groups and private-sector environments.
Their combined experience spans finance and costing, project and programme delivery, business transformation, governance reporting, data quality, stakeholder coordination, training and community outreach. They have supported multiple clients with funding strategies, grant applications, tender applications, project plans & delivery, budgets, monitoring frameworks and board or trustee reporting.
That breadth shapes the Eklipse approach: understand the whole problem, create a clear route forward and leave the client stronger than before.
